Why Scottsdale

Why Scottsdale agents choose us

Scottsdale is the Valley's benchmark luxury market, and the buyer is very often somewhere else: Chicago, Seattle, the Bay Area, Minneapolis. They tour on a screen first. That is why a Scottsdale listing needs three things more than any other city we shoot: a twilight exterior that makes the first photo stop the scroll, an aerial that shows the lot, the course or the McDowells behind it, and a 3D tour with a measured floor plan so a relocating buyer can commit to a flight. We shoot all three on most North Scottsdale listings.

The market runs from $400,000 condos in Old Town and along the Greenbelt to eight-figure estates in Silverleaf and Desert Mountain, and the photography scales with it. Standard HDR photography starts at $165 and covers the McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale Ranch and Gainey Ranch resale market well. Our luxury packages start at $950 and are hand-finished: longer on site, flambient interiors, a real twilight, drone and a full film, built for Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Troon, Estancia and Desert Mountain. The luxury page lists the tiers by square footage.

Everything else is the same published price list: drone $100 added to a shoot, twilight from $200 by season, Zillow 3D from $110, iGUIDE from $155, video from $150, a free 2D floor plan with every photo order and next business day delivery.

Scottsdale logistics we handle for you: guard-gate registration for Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Desert Mountain, Estancia and Troon North before the shoot; LAANC authorization for addresses inside Scottsdale Airport's controlled airspace around the Airpark and Kierland; and scheduling twilights to the actual sunset, which in a north-facing McDowell view home is a different hour than a west-facing fairway lot in Grayhawk.

What we plan for on Scottsdale listings

Luxury presentation

Silverleaf, DC Ranch and Desert Mountain listings get the hand-finished luxury package: flambient interiors, a real twilight, drone and a full film, from $950.

Golf course lots

Grayhawk, Troon, McCormick Ranch and Gainey Ranch homes are shot with the fairway from the yard and from the air.

Out-of-state buyers

Most North Scottsdale buyers tour on a screen first, so an iGUIDE tour with measured plans or a Zillow 3D tour is part of the standard order.

Guard gates and airspace

We register at Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Estancia and Troon North gates before the shoot, and file LAANC authorization for addresses near Scottsdale Airport.

Old Town condos

Condos along Old Town and the Greenbelt are shot wide and bright with the view in frame; building access is arranged in advance.

Communities we serve in Scottsdale

North Scottsdale: Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Desert Mountain, Troon North, Troon Village, Estancia, Whisper Rock, Grayhawk, Pinnacle Peak, Desert Highlands, Legend Trail and Terravita. Central: McCormick Ranch, Scottsdale Ranch, Gainey Ranch, Kierland, the Airpark neighborhoods and the Cactus corridor. South and Old Town: Old Town and Arts District condos, the Greenbelt, Indian Bend, Hy-View, Village Grove and the mid-century homes along Scottsdale Road south of Indian School.

North Scottsdale estates get the luxury treatment by default: twilight, drone, a full film and an iGUIDE tour. Golf lots in Grayhawk, Troon and McCormick Ranch are shot with the fairway from the yard and from the air. Old Town condos are about light and the view, so we shoot them wide, bright and, when the unit has it, with the skyline or Camelback in frame. We have written separate guides to shooting Silverleaf and DC Ranch and Desert Mountain, covering gate registration, airspace and the luxury packages from $950.

We also photograph regularly in Pinnacle Peak.

Frequently asked questions

How much does real estate photography cost in Scottsdale?
Standard HDR photography starts at $165 by square footage with a free floor plan. Luxury packages start at $950 and include a twilight, drone and a full film; the luxury page lists the tiers by square footage.
Do you offer luxury real estate photography in Scottsdale?
Yes. Hand-finished luxury packages from $950 are built for Silverleaf, DC Ranch, Desert Mountain, Troon and Estancia listings.
Do you shoot drone in North Scottsdale?
Yes. Addresses inside Scottsdale Airport’s controlled airspace need LAANC authorization, which we file before the shoot. Most of North Scottsdale is unrestricted.
Can you get into Silverleaf and DC Ranch?
Yes. We register at the guard gate with the listing agent’s authorization before the shoot, so the photographer arrives on time.
What do out-of-state buyers want to see?
A twilight lead photo, an aerial of the lot and the view, and a 3D tour with a measured floor plan. On most North Scottsdale listings we shoot all three.
How many photos will I receive?
Around 25 to 40 for a standard home, and 50+ for larger properties over 4,500 sq ft. We shoot to the home rather than to a number, so upgrades and backyard living earn extra photos. You get every usable shot. For the listing itself, choose your strongest 25 to 40, lead with 15 that carry the home, and sequence them to walk through the floor plan.
Is the 2D floor plan really free?
Yes, with every photography order, no catch and no fine print. It is part of the standard service rather than an upsell.
Can I choose my photographer?
Yes. When you book online you can pick from the photographers available for your date, and if your first choice is booked we will show you the alternatives.
What if I need to reschedule?
Cancelling or rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, a $75 late cancellation or last-minute reschedule fee applies, and weather reschedules are always free.
How do I prepare the home for the shoot?
Clear counters, make beds, open blinds, turn on every light and move cars off the driveway. Our 48-hour prep guide walks through it room by room, and it is worth sharing with your sellers.
How do prices scale with property size?
Photography is priced by square footage, from $165 up to 1,300 sq ft to $275 up to 5,000 sq ft. Larger homes simply take a little more time on site. Drone, virtual twilight and virtual staging are flat rates; real twilight is priced by season.
What makes The Listing Bees different in Scottsdale?
We photograph Scottsdale regularly and know its communities, light and angles, we guarantee next business day delivery, and every service books from one team. The company was built by licensed real estate professionals, so we work to your listing timeline rather than ours.

The difference

What sets us apart for Scottsdale agents

Scottsdale is Arizona's benchmark luxury market, and the agents who succeed here understand that listing presentation isn't a line item to economize — it's a direct variable in what the property achieves. Buyers in Silverleaf, Desert Mountain, and DC Ranch are affluent, highly visual, frequently out of state, and making decisions on homes worth millions based largely on what they see on a screen. The photography has to be exceptional. Anything less is a liability.

We know Scottsdale's communities at a granular level

Silverleaf and Desert Mountain command twilight and cinematic video as standard — buyers at those price points are comparing properties from multiple states and the photography needs to close the gap between online browsing and in-person commitment. Troon North and Grayhawk golf course lots need drone work that shows the fairway relationship and the mountain backdrop.

Guaranteed next business day delivery

Every shoot, without exception. In a market where listing timing is strategic and competitive, your photos are in your inbox the morning after we shoot — ready for MLS, ready for your marketing, on your schedule.

Free 2D floor plan with every order

ARMLS-compatible, included with every photography package. For Scottsdale's significant out-of-state buyer pool, a floor plan is often the difference between a buyer committing to a showing flight and moving on to the next listing.

Every service, one team

HDR photography, drone, twilight, videography, virtual staging, and Zillow 3D tours — all from one company, all booked in a single call. For Scottsdale listings where multiple media types are standard, not having to coordinate three separate vendors is a meaningful operational advantage.
