Services. The Listing Bees, LLC provides real estate photography, drone, twilight, video, 3D tour, floor plan and related media services as described on this site and in your booking confirmation.
Booking. Shoots are scheduled through our client portal.
Cancelling and rescheduling. Agents, brokers and property managers can cancel or reschedule a shoot free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled shoot. To make a change, call (602) 848-8262 or email info@thelistingbees.com.
With less than 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation or last-minute reschedule fee of $75 applies. Once your shoot is booked, the photographer holds that time slot for your property and turns down other bookings for it. The fee compensates them for the reserved slot and the other work they passed up to keep it.
Weather and access delays that prevent a shoot are rescheduled without penalty.
Property readiness and access. The client is responsible for the property being photo-ready and accessible at the scheduled time. Time spent waiting for access or preparing the property may be billed.
Payment. Invoices are due as stated in your booking confirmation. Deliverables are released on payment unless other terms are agreed in writing.
Licensing of images. Images are licensed, not sold. The client receives a license to use delivered images to market the specific property for the duration of the listing or rental campaign. The Listing Bees retains copyright and may use images for portfolio and promotional purposes. Transfer of images to third parties, including a subsequent listing agent or brokerage, requires a new license.
Drone services. Aerial work is flown by FAA Part 107 certified pilots and is subject to airspace, weather and safety restrictions. Some locations cannot be flown.
Liability. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for the accuracy of listing information supplied by the client, including measurements shown on floor plans, which are approximate.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
