Why Buckeye

Why Buckeye agents choose us

Buckeye is the western edge of the metro and most of its housing is new or nearly so. Verrado is the anchor: a walkable master plan under the White Tank Mountains with a Main Street, tree-lined streets, front porches, two golf courses and the Victory 55-plus district. Sundance sits south of I-10 off Watson Road around its own course; Tartesso and Sun City Festival are a long way up Sun Valley Parkway; Blue Horizons, Westpark and Sienna Hills fill in along I-10. Old Buckeye along Monroe Avenue is bungalows on small lots, and toward the Gila River and in Rainbow Valley it is acreage and horse property. Buyers are families trading a longer commute for a newer house, 55-plus buyers at Sun City Festival and Victory, and horse people.

Every Buckeye resale competes with a model home a few minutes away, so the gallery has to show what the new build does not have yet: a finished backyard, a pool, landscaping, window coverings and a garage with storage. Verrado homes are shot from the street, because the porch, the trees and the sidewalk are the sale, with the White Tanks in the aerial. Sundance and Sun City Festival golf lots get the patio-to-fairway photo. Acreage gets aerials with approximate lot lines and the outbuildings. A standard home gets 25 to 40 edited HDR photos.

Pricing is published and the same in every city: photography from $165 by square footage with a free 2D floor plan, drone $100 added to a shoot, twilight from $200 by season or virtual twilight at $50 for five photos, Zillow 3D from $110 and iGUIDE from $155. Delivery is the next business day, and Buckeye is priced the same as Gilbert, with no drive charge.

Verrado sits west of Luke Air Force Base's airspace, with its northeast neighborhoods the closest to it, and Buckeye Municipal Airport sits south of I-10. We check every address and file authorization where it is needed; most of Buckeye flies without trouble. Sun City Festival is well north of I-10 and a long drive from the East Valley; that changes neither the price nor the delivery day.

What we plan for on Buckeye listings

Resale against new construction

Every Buckeye resale competes with a model home nearby, so the finished yard, pool, landscaping and window coverings are shot deliberately.

Verrado from the street

Front porches, street trees and the sidewalk are the sale, and the aerial shows the White Tank Mountains behind the roofline.

Sun City Festival and Victory

The 55-plus districts get the patio-to-fairway photo, the clubhouse and the golf-cart garage, because this buyer asks about them first.

Acreage and horse property

Rainbow Valley and Gila River lots get the arena, the barn and aerials with approximate lot lines so the acreage reads at a glance.

Airspace and distance

Most of Buckeye flies without trouble; we check every address near Luke and Buckeye Municipal and file authorization where needed. Distance never changes the price.

Communities we serve in Buckeye

Master-planned: Verrado, including Victory at Verrado and the Verrado Highlands, Sundance, Tartesso, Festival Ranch with Sun City Festival, Blue Horizons, Westpark, Rancho Vista, Sienna Hills, Windmill Village and the first villages of Teravalis. Established: old Buckeye along Monroe Avenue and the neighborhoods near Buckeye Union High School. Acreage and horse property: south of I-10 toward the Gila River along MC 85 and Baseline Road, Rainbow Valley, Liberty and the lots below Skyline Regional Park.

Verrado is the one Buckeye community where the front elevation is shot wide enough to show the porch, the street trees and the sidewalk, because that is what the buyer is paying for, and Main Street appears in the community photos. Sun City Festival and Victory listings get the fairway, the clubhouse and the golf-cart garage. Rainbow Valley and Gila River acreage gets the arena, the barn and the aerials with approximate lot lines. We photograph Verrado often enough that it has its own page: Verrado real estate photography.

Frequently asked questions

How much does real estate photography cost in Buckeye?
From $165 for a standard home, priced by square footage, with a free 2D floor plan and next business day delivery. Drone is $100 added to a shoot, twilight from $200 by season, and Zillow 3D from $110.
Do you charge extra to drive to Buckeye or Sun City Festival?
No. Buckeye, Verrado and Sun City Festival are priced the same as Gilbert and the rest of our coverage area, with the same next business day delivery.
Do you photograph new construction in Buckeye?
Yes, from single spec homes to resales competing with them. Builders who need progress visits or model home content can start with our sister studio, Copper Frame Media, linked below.
Can you fly drone in Verrado?
Usually, yes. Verrado sits west of Luke Air Force Base airspace, with its northeast neighborhoods the closest to it. We check the airspace for every address and file authorization where it is needed.
Do you shoot Sun City Festival homes?
Yes, including golf course lots and the amenities 55-plus buyers compare. The clubhouse and the golf-cart garage are in the gallery.
How many photos will I receive?
Around 25 to 40 for a standard home, and 50+ for larger properties over 4,500 sq ft. We shoot to the home rather than to a number, so upgrades and backyard living earn extra photos. You get every usable shot. For the listing itself, choose your strongest 25 to 40, lead with 15 that carry the home, and sequence them to walk through the floor plan.
Is the 2D floor plan really free?
Yes, with every photography order, no catch and no fine print. It is part of the standard service rather than an upsell.
Can I choose my photographer?
Yes. When you book online you can pick from the photographers available for your date, and if your first choice is booked we will show you the alternatives.
What if I need to reschedule?
Cancelling or rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, a $75 late cancellation or last-minute reschedule fee applies, and weather reschedules are always free.
How do I prepare the home for the shoot?
Clear counters, make beds, open blinds, turn on every light and move cars off the driveway. Our 48-hour prep guide walks through it room by room, and it is worth sharing with your sellers.
How do prices scale with property size?
Photography is priced by square footage, from $165 up to 1,300 sq ft to $275 up to 5,000 sq ft. Larger homes simply take a little more time on site. Drone, virtual twilight and virtual staging are flat rates; real twilight is priced by season.
What makes The Listing Bees different in Buckeye?
We photograph Buckeye regularly and know its communities, light and angles, we guarantee next business day delivery, and every service books from one team. The company was built by licensed real estate professionals, so we work to your listing timeline rather than ours.
