Why Apache Junction agents choose us
Apache Junction is where the East Valley ends and the Superstition Mountains begin, and it is one of the most affordable markets we shoot. The housing stock is unlike anywhere else in the Valley: a large share is manufactured homes and 55-plus resort communities such as Rock Shadows, Superstition Sunrise, Superstition Buttes and Palmas del Sol East, alongside 1970s and 80s site-built homes on the grid between the Apache Trail and the US 60, acreage and horse property on county roads north toward Lost Dutchman State Park, and new construction in Superstition Vistas on the south side. Buyers are retirees and snowbirds from the Midwest and Canada, first-time buyers priced out of Mesa and Gilbert, and people who want open desert and a Superstition view at a tract-home price.
The mountain is the sale. On a lot with a view we put the Superstitions in the first photo, from the yard when the angle allows and from the air when it does not. The west face of the mountain lights up in the last half hour before sunset, so a late shoot or a twilight shows it at its best. In the resort communities the gallery includes the clubhouse and the pool, and the carport and the Arizona room get the same care as a garage and a patio. Acreage gets the aerial with approximate lot lines. A typical home runs 25 to 35 edited HDR photos; acreage and view homes run 40 and up.
Pricing is published and the same in every city: photography from $165 by square footage with a free 2D floor plan, drone $100 added to a shoot, twilight from $200 by season or virtual twilight at $50 for five, Zillow 3D from $110 and iGUIDE from $155. Delivery is the next business day.
Two Apache Junction details. Airspace here is largely unrestricted, and we still check every address. And the resort communities run on a season: most owners are in residence from October to April and the offices and gates keep their own hours, and the north-side acreage is on dirt roads, so we confirm access and timing with the listing agent when we book.

What we plan for on Apache Junction listings
The Superstition backdrop
Mountain-view lots get the Superstitions in the first photo, from the yard or from the air, and a late shoot or twilight when the mountain faces the house.
55-plus and resort homes
Rock Shadows, Superstition Sunrise and the other resorts get the clubhouse, the pool and the amenities a snowbird buyer compares, with the carport and Arizona room treated like a garage and patio.
Acreage north of the Trail
Homes on county roads toward Lost Dutchman State Park get an aerial with approximate lot lines, the outbuildings and the open desert around them.
Easy airspace
Apache Junction is largely outside controlled airspace, so aerials fly without special authorization at most addresses. We still check every one.
Superstition Vistas new builds
New construction on the south side is usually vacant and bright, so a floor plan, a Zillow 3D tour and virtual staging at $50 for five photos do more than extra interiors.
