Real Estate Photography in Rio Verde, AZ

Rio Verde sits at the end of Rio Verde Drive, east of Scottsdale and north of Fountain Hills, between McDowell Mountain Regional Park and the Verde River, with the Tonto National Forest and Four Peaks filling the view to the east. It is three communities and a lot of open desert. The original Rio Verde is a 55-plus golf community dating to 1973, with the Quail Run and White Wing courses. Tonto Verde is gated, with two courses and custom homes from the 1990s on. Trilogy at Verde River is Shea's resort community, built from 2015 around the Verde River Golf and Social Club, age-targeted but not restricted. Around them, Vista Verde is gated custom lots and the Rio Verde Foothills is acreage and horse property. Buyers are retirees, seasonal residents and second-home owners, most from out of state, who often decide from a screen before visiting.

The setting carries the shoot. Golf lots get the fairway from the yard and from the air, and nearly every listing gets an aerial that places the home against Four Peaks or the McDowells. Twilight does more here than almost anywhere we work: the sun sets behind the McDowells and lights the west face of Four Peaks, so an east-facing patio at dusk stops the scroll. A typical home runs 30 to 40 edited HDR photos; Tonto Verde and Vista Verde customs run 50 and up and fit our luxury packages.

Pricing is published and the same in every city, with no travel charge for Rio Verde: photography from $165 by square footage with a free 2D floor plan, drone $100 added to a shoot, twilight from $200 by season or virtual twilight at $50 for five, Zillow 3D from $110, iGUIDE from $155 and luxury packages from $950 when the home calls for it. Delivery is the next business day.

Two Rio Verde details. Tonto Verde, Trilogy and Vista Verde are gated, so we arrange access with the listing agent before the shoot, and the Foothills lots are on dirt roads, so we allow for it. Airspace here is largely unrestricted, and we still check every address.
