Real Estate Photography in Paradise Valley, AZ

Paradise Valley is the Valley's most expensive town and one of its smallest. Most of it is zoned for one-acre lots, there are almost no streetlights, and the housing stock runs from 1950s and 60s ranches on flat acres around Lincoln Drive and Invergordon to the desert contemporaries replacing them, hillside estates in Clearwater Hills, Cheney Estates and Finisterre, and the resort residences at the Palmeraie, Mountain Shadows and Montelucia. Camelback Mountain and Mummy Mountain are in nearly every backyard view, and a view of one or both is a large part of the price. The buyer is often an executive or a second-home buyer from out of state who tours on a screen before deciding whether to fly in.

At these prices the standard shoot is the wrong tool. Paradise Valley listings get our luxury package by default: longer on site, flambient interiors that hold a dark great room and the view through the glass, a real twilight timed to the mountain, drone that places the lot against Camelback or Mummy Mountain, a full film, and an iGUIDE tour with measured floor plans for the buyer deciding from Chicago or Seattle. An estate here runs 60 edited photos and up.

Paradise Valley logistics we handle: gate access for Clearwater Hills, Cheney Estates, Finisterre and the resort communities, arranged with the listing agent before the shoot; twilight timed to the actual sunset and the mountain's face, because the hour that lights Camelback from a given lot changes with the season; and airspace. Most of the town is outside controlled airspace, with the northeast corner near Scottsdale Airport the exception, so we check every address and file LAANC authorization where needed.
