Who we are. The Listing Bees, LLC ("we", "us") provides real estate media services in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Our website is thelistingbees.com. Questions about this policy go to info@thelistingbees.com.

What we collect. When you use the contact form we collect the name, email, phone number, property address and message you provide. When you book through our client portal, that booking is handled by our scheduling and delivery platform under its own privacy terms. Our site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic; it sets cookies and collects standard analytics data such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location.

Session recording. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Clarity records mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and page interactions, along with device, browser and approximate location, and uses cookies to recognize returning visitors. Clarity is set to mask what you type into form fields, so that text is not recorded. Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

How we use it. To respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver work, send invoices and delivery notices, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing. Information is shared only with service providers who help us operate (scheduling, hosting, analytics, payment processing) and when required by law.

Your choices. You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of marketing email at any time by contacting us. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.

Retention and security. We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and tax obligations, and we use reasonable technical measures to protect them.
