You get every usable shot. What you post is a separate decision
Past roughly 30 to 40 photos, buyers start skimming and the strong images get diluted. If your gallery runs longer, pick your best 30 to 40 for the MLS and use the rest in flyers and social posts.

How much does real estate photography cost?
Photography is priced by interior square footage: $165 up to 1,300 sq ft, $175 up to 1,800, $190 up to 2,500, $205 up to 3,000, $235 up to 3,800 and $275 up to 5,000. Every tier includes the 2D floor plan and next business day delivery. Over 5,000 sq ft, the booking portal prices the home from its address, and luxury packages start at $950.
When will I get my photos?
The next business morning. You book online, we shoot, we edit overnight, and the MLS-ready gallery and floor plan land in your inbox the next business day.
How many photos will I receive?
Around 25 to 40 for a standard home, and 50+ over 4,500 sq ft. We shoot to the home rather than to a number, so upgrades and backyard living earn extra photos.
Is the floor plan really free?
Yes, an ARMLS-compatible 2D floor plan comes with every photography order, with no fine print.
How should the home be prepared?
Clear counters, make beds, open blinds, turn on every light and move cars off the driveway. Our 48-hour prep guide walks through it room by room.
What editing is included?
Exposure, color, verticals, sky replacement, bin and sign removal, window pulls and pool water. Anything beyond that is listed with prices in our editing policy.
What if I need a photo retouched?
Reply to your delivery email with the image numbers. Reasonable revision requests are handled quickly, and larger edits are priced in our editing policy.
What if it rains?
Weather reschedules are free. We would rather come back than hand you a gallery that undersells the house.
