How do prices scale with property size?
Photography is priced by square footage, starting at $165. Larger homes take more time on site and more editing. Services that don't change with size, like drone, stay at a flat rate. The exact figure for your listing shows when you select the address at booking.
Is the 2D floor plan really free?
Yes, with every photography order, no catch and no fine print. It's part of the standard service rather than an upsell.
How many photos will I receive?
Around 25 to 40 for a standard home, and 50+ for larger properties over 4,500 sq ft. We shoot to the home rather than to a number, so upgrades and backyard living earn extra photos. For the listing itself, choose your strongest 30 to 40 and lead with 15 that carry the home.
Do you charge more for luxury properties?
Only if you choose a luxury package. Standard photography is priced by square footage whatever the list price. For homes where the finishes are the selling point, Signature is $950, Estate $1,450 and Custom from $2,000, with a senior photographer and every image finished by hand.
Can I combine services into one visit?
Yes, and it's usually cheaper than booking separately. The four bundles above are the common combinations, and anything can be mixed at checkout.
Why is twilight priced by season?
The dusk window moves through the year and so does demand for those evening slots. Twilight starts at $200 added to a shoot and $285 on its own, and twilight drone at $255; the booking portal shows the exact price for your date.
Can I book photos and twilight on the same day?
Yes. We schedule the photo shoot for late afternoon so the photographer moves straight into twilight as the sun sets. Evening slots are reserved for twilight shoots.
What if I need to reschedule?
Cancelling or rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, a $75 late cancellation or last-minute reschedule fee applies. Weather-related cancellations are always rescheduled at no charge.
