Why Queen Creek

Why Queen Creek agents choose us

Queen Creek is two markets with the same zip code. Half of it is master-planned new construction and recent resale in Meridian, Cortina, Barney Farms, Hastings Farms, Emperor Estates and Harvest, where the buyer is a relocating family comparing floor plans and community amenities. The other half is horse property and acreage along Riggs, Ocotillo, Chandler Heights and Empire, plus the custom estates of the Pecans, Circle G at Queen Creek and Sossaman Estates, where the buyer is paying for land, arena space, barns, views of the San Tans and room between neighbors.

Both halves need a drone, for different reasons. On an acre lot the aerial is the only photo that shows the lot lines, the outbuildings, the arena and the distance to the next house. In a master-planned community the aerial shows the lake, the park or the pool the family is actually buying into. Drone is $100 added to any Queen Creek shoot, and on acreage we add approximate lot lines on a couple of aerials when they help.

Standard pricing applies: photography from $165 by square footage with a free 2D floor plan, twilight from $200 by season or virtual twilight at $50 for five, Zillow 3D from $110 and iGUIDE from $155. Delivery is the next business day. Larger acreage homes with casitas and barns run 50 photos and up; we shoot every usable frame and do not cap the count.

Queen Creek specifics: most of the town is outside controlled airspace, which makes it one of the easiest places in the Valley to fly, with the exception of the northwest corner near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway, where we file LAANC authorization first. Encanterra is guard-gated; we register with the listing agent's authorization before the shoot.

Shooting Queen Creek

What we plan for on Queen Creek listings

Horse property and acreage

Arenas, barns, turnouts and outbuildings are photographed like rooms of the house, and the aerials carry approximate lot lines so the acre reads at a glance.

Master-planned family communities

Meridian, Cortina and Barney Farms homes are shot for the floor plan, the kitchen and the community pool or lake the family is buying into.

Encanterra and 55-plus

Guard-gate registration is handled before the shoot; the clubhouse, course and golf-cart garage are in the gallery because this buyer asks first.

Easy airspace

Most of Queen Creek is outside controlled airspace. The northwest corner near Gateway needs LAANC authorization, which we file before the shoot.

Custom estates

The Pecans, Sossaman Estates and Circle G get a twilight, the long approach and a full aerial set; luxury packages from $950 when the home calls for it.

Master-planned and new construction: Meridian, Cortina, Barney Farms, Hastings Farms, Harvest, Emperor Estates, Victoria, Ironwood Crossing on the San Tan Valley line, Charleston Estates, Church Farm and Madera. Acreage and custom: the Pecans, Pecan Creek, Circle G at Queen Creek, Sossaman Estates, Cortland Ranch, Orchard Ranchettes and the horse property corridor along Riggs, Ocotillo, Chandler Heights and Empire roads. 55-plus: Encanterra and Trilogy at Encanterra.

The Pecans and Sossaman Estates get the twilight and the long drive. Meridian and Cortina homes are shot for the floor plan, the kitchen and the community pool, and the newer vacant homes get virtual staging at $50 for five photos. Frequently asked questions

How much does real estate photography cost in Queen Creek?
From $165 for a standard home, priced by square footage, with a free 2D floor plan and next business day delivery. Drone is $100 added to a shoot, which on acreage we recommend every time.
Do you photograph horse properties in Queen Creek?
Yes, regularly. Arenas, barns and turnouts are shot like rooms of the house, and the aerials show the whole parcel with approximate lot lines where they help.
Can drone show the whole acreage?
Yes. Several altitudes cover the home, the full lot with its outbuildings, and the San Tan Mountains or the neighborhood in context.
Is Queen Creek inside restricted airspace?
Mostly no, which makes it one of the easiest places in the Valley to fly. The northwest corner near Phoenix-Mesa Gateway needs LAANC authorization, which we file before the shoot.
Do you shoot new construction in Meridian and Cortina?
Every week. Vacant new builds get a floor plan, a Zillow 3D tour and, when it helps, virtual staging at $50 for five photos.
How many photos will I receive?
Around 25 to 40 for a standard home, and 50+ for larger properties over 4,500 sq ft. We shoot to the home rather than to a number, so upgrades and backyard living earn extra photos. You get every usable shot. For the listing itself, choose your strongest 25 to 40, lead with 15 that carry the home, and sequence them to walk through the floor plan.
Is the 2D floor plan really free?
Yes, with every photography order, no catch and no fine print. It is part of the standard service rather than an upsell.
Can I choose my photographer?
Yes. When you book online you can pick from the photographers available for your date, and if your first choice is booked we will show you the alternatives.
What if I need to reschedule?
Cancelling or rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. With less than 24 hours' notice, a $75 late cancellation or last-minute reschedule fee applies, and weather reschedules are always free.
How do I prepare the home for the shoot?
Clear counters, make beds, open blinds, turn on every light and move cars off the driveway. Our 48-hour prep guide walks through it room by room, and it is worth sharing with your sellers.
How do prices scale with property size?
Photography is priced by square footage, from $165 up to 1,300 sq ft to $275 up to 5,000 sq ft. Larger homes simply take a little more time on site. Drone, virtual twilight and virtual staging are flat rates; real twilight is priced by season.
