Real estate photography in Verrado, Buckeye
Verrado is the West Valley's front-porch community, laid out by DMB at the base of the White Tank Mountains with a real Main Street at its center and the Victory 55-plus district on the higher ground to the north. We photograph it for agents selling new builds, resales and Victory homes to buyers who are moving in from the East Valley, California and the Midwest. Photography from $165 with a free 2D floor plan, delivered the next business day.

What sells here
Verrado opened in 2004 and is still building, so the stock spans twenty years of plans from a rotating roster of builders: early district homes with deep porches and detached garages off rear alleys, newer two-story family homes on the east side, custom and semi-custom homes on the hillside lots, and the single-level Victory homes around the Victory Club and the Victory golf course. Lots range from narrow village lots to view parcels that look straight at the White Tanks.
Two buyers dominate. Families moving west for space, schools and the Main Street lifestyle, often from Goodyear, Avondale or the East Valley, and 55-plus buyers choosing Victory for the club, the views and a quieter pace than the East Valley's 55-plus communities. Both are comparing Verrado against new construction elsewhere in Buckeye and Goodyear, so the gallery has to show what a planned community with mature trees and a town center looks like, not just the house.

How we shoot Verrado
The gallery opens with the porch and the street, because in Verrado the street is the amenity. Then the interior in the order a buyer walks it: great room, kitchen, primary suite, secondary bedrooms and any flex space. The yard follows, with the mountains in frame whenever the lot allows. For hillside and Victory homes we lead with the view from the patio instead, then work back inside.
Drone at $100 is worth it on view lots, golf lots and anything near Main Street or the Verrado Golf Club, because the aerial shows the trees, the mountains and the town center that make the community different. Twilight from $200 suits the hillside homes and the Victory view lots where the mountains go purple after sunset; virtual twilight at $50 for five photos covers interior lots for less. New and vacant resales get virtual staging at $50 for five photos, and the free 2D floor plan ships with every order. A standard Verrado home gets 25 to 40 edited photos.

Access, gates and airspace
Most of Verrado is open to the street. Victory and a few of the custom enclaves are gated; where a gate is staffed or coded, give us the code or register our photographer's name with the shoot date and address when you book. Builders' model complexes have their own access rules and we coordinate with the sales office when the listing is a spec home.
Airspace is the thing to know about Verrado. Luke Air Force Base sits to the north and east, and its airspace is restrictive: aerials there often need advance authorization and some addresses cannot be flown at all. Buckeye Municipal Airport covers central Buckeye to the south. Parts of Verrado fall under one or the other and parts are clear, so drone availability is confirmed address by address. We check when the order comes in, file authorization where it is possible, and tell you before the shoot if an address cannot be flown so you can plan the gallery around it.
A note for builders: if the job is marketing a build in progress or a model complex, our sister studio Copper Frame Media handles it, starting with a $900 content day. For listing photos of a finished home, you are in the right place.
