How the shoot works

Twilight is its own visit, timed to the short window when the sky and the home's lights balance. We start about 15 minutes before sunset and shoot through dusk, typically 20 to 30 minutes after the sun drops, covering the front exterior, the backyard and pool, and the water or view where there is one.

Booking photos and twilight together? We schedule the photo shoot for late afternoon so twilight follows straight on.

What to prepare

Turn on every interior and exterior light, including pool, spa and landscape lighting, and check they all work before we arrive. Open blinds facing the camera, move cars and bins, and have the pool clean and still.

Pricing and delivery
