Why Buyers Want Floor Plans
Photos show what a home looks like. Floor plans show how a home lives. 3D floor plans add a rendered perspective view that gives buyers a more visual sense of the space. They are more visually engaging but also more expensive. For most listings, a clean 2D floor plan is sufficient and is all that ARMLS requires.
